To connect the nacon RIG 800 PRO HX Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset to your Xbox, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your Xbox console is turned on and the wireless dongle is connected to one of the USB ports on the console.
2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the power button located on the right earcup until the LED indicator lights up.
3. Press and hold the Connect button on the wireless dongle until the LED indicator starts blinking rapidly.
4. On the headset, press and hold the Connect button located on the left earcup until the LED indicator starts blinking rapidly.
5. The headset and the wireless dongle will automatically pair with each other. Once the pairing is successful, the LED indicators on both the headset and the dongle will stop blinking and remain solid.
6. The nacon RIG 800 PRO HX Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset is now connected to your Xbox. You should be able to hear game audio and use the microphone for communication.
Note: If the headset and the wireless dongle fail to pair, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the wireless dongle is securely connected to the Xbox console.
- Ensure that the headset and the dongle are within close proximity to each other.
- Try resetting the wireless dongle by inserting a small pin or paperclip into the reset hole on the dongle.
- Fully charge the headset before attempting to pair it again.
