To connect the MUVIEW Bell-J7 Wireless WiFi Video Doorbell Camera to the app, please follow these steps:
1. Download the ZUMIMALL App from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR codes provided in the user guide with your smartphone.
2. Make sure to grant the following permissions to the ZUMIMALL App:
- Allow the app to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN to ensure a successful camera connection.
- Allow the app to receive pushed messages to receive motion detection alarms on your phone.
3. If you are a new user, sign up for the ZUMIMALL App using your email address and complete the registration process.
4. Prepare for the camera connection by inserting a Micro SD Card into the camera for video clip storage or activate the 7-day free cloud service.
5. Ensure that your camera is within range of a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
6. Charge your doorbell for approximately 8-10 hours using a USB-compatible mobile phone charger (DC 5V 1A~2A).
7. Switch on the power for your doorbell. The LED indicator on the doorbell will flash red once per second, indicating it is ready for Wi-Fi configuration.
8. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your doorbell. Make sure to perform the setup near your Wi-Fi router, ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and verify that the doorbell's LED indicator is flashing red. If not, press and hold the RESET button on the doorbell for 5 seconds.
9. Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal is strong and the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
10. Once the setup is complete, the LED indicator on the doorbell will turn solid blue, indicating that the device is online.
