To adjust the cooking temperature and time on the NuWave 20801 Bravo XL Smart Oven, follow these steps:
1. Turn the START/PAUSE Dial to set or adjust the temperature and time. You can do this before and during the cooking process.
2. To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, press the SEAR button and then press the TEMP/TIME button. Repeat this step to switch back to Fahrenheit.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.
Note: The default temperature and time for most cooking functions is 350°F and 15 minutes. You can adjust these settings according to your recipe or preference by turning the START/PAUSE Dial.
