To install the HAKUNA PETS 1158, 1159 Ultra Clear PET Door, follow these steps:
1. Measure the height (x) from the underside of your pet’s stomach to the floor.
2. Mark the height (x) on the door or panel with tape or a similar method.
3. Cut the required hole above the marked height. The hole sizes for the 1158 Small door is 250mm (9.8") and for the 1159 Medium door is 388mm (15.2").
4. Install the inner door frame (A) into the hole and attach the outer door frame (B) to join them together as per the required fit.
5. Ensure the door is level and secure using the provided screws. Cover the screws with xxxx covers (D).
Please note that glass installation should only be completed by a professional glazier. It is also important to check all building codes or body corporate rules that could affect the installation of a pet door. Consider any risks that may be created both inside and outside after the installation.
