To set up the CORE 10ft X 9ft X 72in 6 Person Performance Instant Tent, follow these steps:
1. Select a level site clear of rocks, branches, and other hard or sharp objects.
2. Lay out all of the contents of the bag and assemble all tent poles before setting up your tent.
3. Lift up on arm joints until roof poles angle upward at joints and tent partially stands up.
4. Extend each of the four leg poles until the locking buttons "click" and lock the poles into place.
5. Rotate short eave arms to the open position.
6. Drive stakes at a 45-degree angle through the web loop at the base of the tent to secure it to the ground.
7. Drape the rainfly over the tent, placing "CORE" to the front side of the tent with the door. Insert the ends of the short eave arms into hook-and-loop pockets on the underside of the rainfly.
8. Fasten the rainfly on all four corners using buckles. Attach all hook-and-loop tabs on the underside of the rainfly to the roof and leg poles.
9. Stake out each guyline at a 45-degree angle. Tighten the guylines as needed by adjusting the slider up the cord.
10. Stake out the ground vent on the back side of the tent. Stake out the webbing loop under the front door to improve zipper opening/closing.
For more detailed instructions and illustrations, refer to the user manual provided with the tent.
Note: It is recommended to have two people to erect and extend the tent poles.
