To connect the SCANGRIP Tower 5 Connect to a power supply or battery, you have a few options:
1. Power Supply: You can use the SCANGRIP POWER SUPPLY (03.6123C) to directly power the Tower 5 Connect. Simply plug the power supply into a suitable electrical outlet and connect it to the Tower 5 Connect using the provided cable.
2. Metabo CAS Battery: The Tower 5 Connect is designed to be used with 18V Metabo CAS batteries. Simply insert the battery into the battery compartment on the Tower 5 Connect, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
3. 3rd Party Batteries: The Tower 5 Connect is also compatible with 3rd party 18V batteries by using the SCANGRIP CONNECT system. You can choose from a range of SCANGRIP CONNECTORS (sold separately) that are compatible with various battery brands, such as Bosch, Dewalt, Makita, Milwaukee, and more. Select the appropriate SCANGRIP CONNECTOR for your battery brand and connect it to the Tower 5 Connect.
Please note that when using electrical equipment, always respect applicable legislation to reduce the risk of accidents. Avoid looking directly into the beam of light to prevent dazzling. Do not use the lamp near a naked flame. The light source of the Tower 5 Connect is not replaceable, so when it reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire should be replaced.
