To connect devices to the PC5204 Power Supply / Four High Current Outputs Module, follow these steps:
1. Determine the power requirements of the devices you want to connect. Refer to Table 1 in the installation guide for the maximum ratings of the AUX output terminals.
2. Connect the primary of a 16.5V/37VA or 16V/40VA transformer to an unswitched AC source. The maximum current draw should not exceed 0.5A.
3. Connect the secondary of the transformer to the AC terminals on the PC5204.
4. Connect the positive lead of the devices to the AUX+ terminal on the PC5204.
5. Connect the negative lead of the devices to the appropriate output terminal (01 to 04) on the PC5204.
Note: If you are not using output 01 or if no continuous load is connected to it, you must connect a 1000-ohm resistor (DSC model EOLR-1) to prevent a trouble condition.
