To set up the Core Equipment 40232 4 Person Instant Cabin Performance Tent, follow these steps:
1. Select a level site clear of rocks, branches, and other hard or sharp objects.
2. Lay out all the contents of the bag and assemble all tent poles before setting up the tent.
3. Lift up on the arm joints until the roof poles angle upward and the tent partially stands up.
4. Extend each of the four leg poles until the locking buttons click and lock the poles into place.
5. Rotate the short eave arms to the open position.
6. Drive stakes at a 45-degree angle through the web loop at the base of the tent to secure it to the ground.
7. Drape the rainfly over the tent, placing the "CORE" label to the front side of the tent with the door.
8. Insert the ends of the short eave arms into the hook-and-loop pockets on the underside of the rainfly.
9. Fasten the rainfly on all four corners using the buckles.
10. Attach all the hook-and-loop tabs on the underside of the rainfly to the roof and leg poles.
11. Stake out the guylines at a 45-degree angle and tighten them as needed.
12. Stake out the ground vent on the back side of the tent.
13. Stake out the webbing loop under the front door to improve zipper opening/closing.
