To perform a waterproof test on the Sony A7S III FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM UW camera housing, follow these steps:
1. Open the waterproof case and check for any damage or foreign objects on the O-ring. Clean or replace the O-ring if necessary.
2. Place a dry paper towel inside the case and close and lock it.
3. Immerse the waterproof case in water for approximately 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove the waterproof case from the water and dry it with a dry cloth.
5. Observe the waterproof case leakage alarm window for any flashing alarm light.
6. Open the waterproof case and check if the tissue inside has changed.
If the waterproof case passes the test without any water leakage or changes in the tissue, it is considered waterproof and ready for use. If there are any signs of water leakage or damage, stop using the waterproof case and take out the camera to prevent further damage.
Please note that this procedure is based on the Al+FL2870 waterproof case set as the reference legend. Make sure to refer to the specific instructions provided in the manual for your specific model and housing.
