To change the unit of measurement on the DURONIC KS6000 Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is switched on by pressing the "ON/OFF" button.
2. Press the "UNIT" button to cycle through the available units of measurement.
3. Choose between grams (g), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), millilitres (ml), and fluid ounces (fl.oz) by pressing the "UNIT" button until the desired unit is displayed on the scale's screen.
