To adjust the footpad on the Ergatta 1001 Rowing Machine, follow these steps:
1. Locate the button in the center of the footpad.
2. Press the button to release the footrests.
3. Move the footrests up or down to your desired position.
4. Release the button to lock the footrests in place.
Make sure that the footstrap is positioned to cross your foot right below the base of your toes for a secure fit. Adjusting the footpad and footstrap will provide flexible comfort during your rowing sessions.
