To remove the OEM fog light bulb and install the FI50LEDs MKV Fog light bulb on your 2017 to 2022 Ford Super Duty, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Reach under the bumper and remove the OEM fog light bulb by turning it counterclockwise. Once removed, disconnect the factory fog light harness for the OEM fog light bulb.
Step 2: Connect the factory harness to the ballast provided in the kit. Then, connect the ballast to the MKV Fog light bulb.
Step 3: Install the MKV Fog light bulb into the fog housing by aligning the tabs on the bulb with the tabs in the housing. Turn the bulb clockwise to lock it into place.
Step 4: Use the provided zip ties to secure the ballast in a location where it will not be touching any other wires or plastic, as the ballast can get hot.
Step 5: Repeat the above steps for the other side of the truck.
