To connect the DT NO 1 DT8 Pro Sports Smart Watch to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Download the WearPro app on your smartphone. For Android users, search for "WearPro" in Google Play or any customized Android stores. For iOS users, search for "WearPro" in the App Store.
2. Open the WearPro app and tap on "Device" at the bottom bar.
3. Tap on "Search to bind device" to start searching for your watch.
4. On your watch, scroll down to the watch face and find the "About (i)" icon. Tap on it to view the Bluetooth name of your watch.
5. In the WearPro app, find the Bluetooth name of your watch in the list of available devices and tap on it to pair.
6. If the connection is successful, the Bluetooth icon on your watch will light up green.
Note: Make sure to grant the necessary permissions to the WearPro app when prompted during installation.
If you encounter any issues with the Bluetooth connection, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check if you can find the Bluetooth name of the watch in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Ensure that the location (GPS) permission is enabled on your phone.
- Make sure the watch is not already bound to another mobile phone.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it on again.
- Restart your phone.
- If all else fails, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, find the Bluetooth name of the watch, and disconnect by forgetting the device. Then, rebind the watch in the WearPro app.
