To connect the FITINDEX FF-01 Smart Body Tape Measure to the FITINDEX App, follow these steps:
1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the FITINDEX App and choose "Circumference".
3. Press the power button on the smart tape to turn it on. Wait until the Bluetooth icon on the smart tape display turns solid, indicating a successful Bluetooth connection.
Note: You can also press and pull out the tape to turn on the smart tape.
Once the smart tape is connected to the app, you can start measuring by following these steps:
1. Press the power button to turn on the smart tape.
2. Press and hold the unit button (located next to the power button) to choose the unit of measurement (inches or centimeters) you prefer.
3. In the FITINDEX App, tape the body part name.
4. Pull out the tape and wrap it around your target body part.
5. Insert the locking pin into the receptacle until you hear a "click".
6. Tighten the tape by pressing the power button, and the measurement will be displayed on the tape display or the app.
7. Tap on the app to confirm the measurement and tap "Save".
Note: If the smart tape is left idle, it will automatically shut off after 20 seconds. To zero the measurement, press both the power button and the unit button simultaneously. The smart tape also has a memory function that recalls the last set unit once turned on.
