To assemble the pulm ASTORIA-2-NL-W 4 ft Steel Sign Stand, please follow these steps:
1. Start by adding the bottom formed base (B) to the flat base (A). Twist the base (A & B) onto the bottom tube (C).
2. Next, add the top tube (D) to the bottom tube (C) using the spring insert located inside tube (C).
3. Position the backplate (E) in place and twist the bolt into the top tube (D) to secure it.
4. To affix a sign to the stand, carefully position the sign on the backplate and press firmly to secure it.
