To attach the Alpen Apex 20-60X80 Waterproof Spotting Scope to a tripod, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the tripod has a suitable load-bearing capacity.
2. Locate the tripod adapter thread (5) at the bottom of the spotting scope.
3. xxxx the tripod securely onto the adapter thread. The spotting scope should be firmly attached to the tripod.
4. If you don't have a tripod with a compatible adapter thread, you can use any standard tripod with a 1/4-20 thread attachment xxxx (tripod not included).
Please note that it is important to use a tripod for stable and steady viewing.
