To connect the OSRAM OTi DALI 15 Optotronic LED Power Supply to your LED load, you will need to follow the wiring information provided in the manual. Here are the steps:
1. Determine the cable type and configuration based on your installation needs. Refer to sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, C, and D in the manual for the supported cable types.
2. For single cable input (PRI + DALI), you can use cables such as NYM-J 5x1.5, NYM-J 3x1.5, H05VV-F 5x1.5, H05VV-F 3x1.5, H05VV-F 2x1.5, or H05VV-F 2x1.0. Connect the cable to the input terminals of the power supply.
3. For dual cable input (PRI + DALI), you can use cables such as NYM-J 3x1.5, H05VV-F 3x1.5, H05VV-F 2x1.5, or H05VV-F 2x1.0. Connect each cable to the respective input terminals of the power supply.
4. For the output (SEC), you can use cables such as H05VV-F 2x1.5, H05VV-F 2x1.0, H03VV-F 2x0.75, H03VV-F 2x0.5, Style 21520, or H03VVH2-F 2x0.75. Connect the cable to the output terminals of the power supply.
5. Ensure that you only connect LED load types to the power supply. The LED module will be switched off if the output voltage is outside the specified range.
6. Do not connect the outputs of two or more units together.
7. The DALI interface provides basic insulation against mains. The metal surface on the underside of the LED driver is double insulated against mains and DALI interface. The metal surface is also SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) basic insulated against the LED output.
8. The output current adjustment can be done via programming software using the DALI interface or via Near Field Communication (NFC) in mains off mode only. Refer to the Tuner4TRONIC at www.osram.com/ds for more information on NFC.
9. It is important not to apply mains voltage to the terminals 21/22 as it will permanently damage the unit. The lines 21/22 should have a maximum length of 2 meters, excluding modules.
