To test the interconnected smoke/heat alarms using the RAC240 -230V AC Mains Power Alarm Controller, follow these steps:
1. Press the TEST button on the Alarm Controller.
2. This will remotely activate all the interconnected smoke/heat alarms simultaneously, including those that are hard to reach.
3. To stop the test function, press the TEST button again.
Note: Make sure that the RAC240 is properly installed and wired according to the provided Wiring Diagram in the instruction manual. Also, ensure that the compatible RED R240 & R240RC alarms are installed and fitted with RED Isolator bases - R240ACB.
