To connect the base station and the , please follow these steps:
1. Place the base station and the measuring station as close together as possible.
2. Insert the batteries in both the base station and the measuring station, ensuring correct polarity.
3. The base station will automatically search for connection to the measuring station and perform initial setup. This process takes approximately 2 minutes.
4. If the devices do not connect automatically, you can start the manual search program on the base station.
5. During the connection attempt, the radio symbol on the base station will flash. Do not press any buttons during setup to ensure correct transmission of values.
6. The setup process is completed when the indoor and outdoor measurement data is displayed on the base station.
7. The measured value will be automatically updated by the base station approximately every 45 seconds.
8. If the temperature is outside of the measuring range, "--.-" (lower than minimum temperature) or "--.-" (higher than maximum temperature) will appear on the temperature display.
Note: Make sure that both the base station and the measuring station are set to the same channel. You can change the transmission channel on the measuring station by using the channel switch (CH1, CH2, CH3). Suitable base stations can be found at www.hama.com.
