To adjust the time setting on your CASIO MTP-B125L-1AVEF watch, please follow these steps:
1. Pull out the crown (the xxxx on the side of the watch) to the first click position.
2. Rotate the crown clockwise or counterclockwise to set the correct time. Take note of whether it is AM or PM.
3. After setting the time, push the crown back in to its original position.
Note: When changing the time, it is recommended to move the minute hand four or five minutes past your final setting, and then back it up to the desired time. This helps ensure accuracy.
