Installation and Setup Instructions for VEVOR ZBJ40KGSYP70 88 lb. Freestanding Commercial Ice Maker in Silver:
1. Unpack the ice maker and remove all packaging materials.
2. Place the ice maker on a level surface, ensuring that there is enough space around it for proper ventilation.
3. Connect the water supply to the ice maker using a standard 3/4" water line. Ensure that the water line is properly connected and does not leak.
4. Plug in the ice maker to a grounded electrical outlet. Make sure the power supply matches the specifications mentioned in the manual.
5. Turn on the power switch located on the control panel of the ice maker.
6. Open the water inlet valve to allow water to flow into the ice maker.
7. Adjust the ice thickness by turning the ice thickness control xxxx on the control panel. Clockwise rotation will increase the ice thickness, while counterclockwise rotation will decrease it.
8. Wait for the ice maker to start producing ice. It may take a few minutes for the first batch of ice to be formed.
9. Once the ice maker starts producing ice, it will automatically stop when the ice bin is full. If the ice bin is not full, but the ice maker has stopped producing ice, check the water supply and ensure it is properly connected and turned on.
10. To clean the ice maker, turn off the power and unplug it from the electrical outlet. Drain the water from the ice maker and clean the interior and exterior surfaces using a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reusing.
