Installation:
1. Ensure that the power is not applied to the device during installation.
2. Choose a suitable location for the wall switch panel and mount it either on the wall or on a conduit box.
3. Connect the DALI bus to the input terminals of the wall switch panel using the appropriate wire size and connector type.
4. Ensure that the wire connections are secure and properly insulated.
5. Once the wall switch panel is securely installed, you can proceed with the configuration.
Configuration:
1. To configure the wall switch panel, you will need a DALI-2 compliant central controller with a USB interface.
2. Connect the central controller to the wall switch panel using the USB interface.
3. Use the DALI-2 compliant central controller to configure the desired settings for the wall switch panel.
4. The configuration options include setting the event filter, event timings, and feedback variables according to the IEC62386-301 and IEC62386-332 standards.
5. You can also customize the push button function labels by printing and installing the corresponding label image. Contact the sales person for the available customizable button function file in Excel format.
6. Once the configuration is complete, the wall switch panel is ready for use in your DALI-2 compliant central lighting control system.
