To clean the Candy CHG6BR4WX LPG Hob, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the hob has cooled down before cleaning.
2. Remove the plug from the socket or switch off the electricity supply.
3. Use warm soapy water or a non-caustic detergent to clean the enamelled, varnished, or chrome sections of the hob.
4. For stainless steel sections, use an appropriate cleaning solution.
5. Clean the burners with soapy water and dry them before replacing them.
6. Do not use abrasives, corrosive detergents, bleaching agents, or acids on the hob.
7. Avoid using any acid or alkaline substances, such as lemon juice or vinegar, on the enamelled, varnished, or stainless steel sections.
8. Do not use a steam or high-pressure spray to clean the appliance.
9. Do not touch the heat zones during operation or for a while after use.
10. Never cook food directly on the glass ceramic hob.
11. Always use appropriate cookware and place the pan in the center of the unit that you are cooking on.
12. Do not place anything on the control panel or use the hob as a working surface or cutting board.
13. Do not store heavy items above the hob, as they may cause damage if they drop onto the hob.
14. Do not use the hob for storage of any items.
15. Do not slide cookware across the hob.
16. After every use, clean the hob to prevent the build-up of dirt and grease, which can cause smoke, unpleasant smells, and fire risks.
