To adjust the settings on the Bravilor Bonamat GTBSH Series Thermal Brewer Aurora Filter Coffee Machine, you can use the programming menu. This menu allows you to customize the significant settings and optimize the brewing process per recipe. Here are the steps to adjust the settings:
1. Consult the operation instructions provided with the machine for guidance on adjusting the standard settings.
2. Contact your dealer or coffee supplier for more information and assistance in adjusting the settings.
3. Use the RFID card provided with the machine to save and copy recipes across multiple Aurora units. You can save up to 25 recipes per machine.
4. The machine comes with three standard recipes: mild roast, regular roast, and dark roast. These recipes have been developed with care and are based on the general coffee grind.
5. The table of recipes in the manual provides specifications for the brewing process per recipe per volume. It includes information on water, coffee, pump speed, relax time, afterdrip time, and total brewing time.
6. The pump speed can be adjusted per volume per step. You can choose between 20 ml/sec. (low) or 30 ml/sec. (high). The water bypass is programmed as standard at high (30 ml/sec.).
7. The standard recipes take into account factors such as water loss, water temperature (96°C), and coffee to water ratio (62 grams of filter coffee per liter of water).
8. While you can use the standard recipes, it is recommended to experiment and adjust the settings to achieve your perfect cup of filter coffee.
