To assemble the Cadco CBC-HHHH-L3 Mobile Buffet Cart, follow these steps:
1. Place the pan holder over the cart's top warming surface, ensuring that the keyhole slots and open slots on the inside laps of the pan holder are positioned over the 4 locking knobs on the warming surface. Press the pan holder down onto the warming surface and slide it until the knobs engage. Tighten the knobs to keep the pan holder in place.
2. When using the cart to keep food warm, place steam pans with hot food into the pan holder and put the lids in place.
Note: The pan holder can be removed for cleaning by reversing the assembly steps.
