To connect your STRONG SRT 24HC3023 Smart LED TV to a satellite dish, follow these steps:
1. Locate the SAT IN port on the rear panel of your TV. It is labeled "SAT IN" and is usually located near the other input ports.
2. Connect the coaxial cable from your satellite dish to the SAT IN port on your TV. Make sure the cable is securely connected.
3. Once the cable is connected, you can proceed with the tuning setup. Press the MENU button on your remote control to access the main menu.
4. Use the ◀▶ buttons to navigate to the Channel menu and press ▲▼ to select it.
5. In the Channel menu, select Auto Tuning and press ENTER to enter the sub-menu.
6. Select the Tuner Type option and choose DVB-S or DVB-S2, depending on the type of satellite signal you receive.
7. Select the Scan Mode option and choose Default (recommended) or Blind Scan, depending on your preference.
8. Select the Channel Type option and choose Free or Free + Scrambled, depending on the type of channels you want to search for.
9. Press ENTER to start the channel search. The TV will scan for available satellite channels and store them in the channel list.
10. Once the channel search is complete, you can use the CH +/- buttons on your remote control to navigate through the available channels.
Note: Make sure your satellite dish is properly aligned and connected to receive a strong signal. If you encounter any issues during the tuning setup or have trouble receiving satellite channels, please refer to the detailed troubleshooting section in the user manual or contact the STRONG support center for further assistance.
