To properly use the REMS Python Hydraulic Pipe Bender Set, follow these steps:
1. Start by placing the bender drive on a firm and level base, ensuring there is enough space for the fully assembled pipe bender and the pipe to be bent.
2. Insert the lower roller holder into the lower groove of the bender drive, with the feet facing down, and secure it with the bolt and spring-loaded pin. Insert the upper roller holder into the upper groove of the bender drive, with the angle marking facing up, and secure it with the bolt and spring-loaded pin.
3. Insert the rollers or back formers according to the pipe size into the holes between the roller holders. For composite pipes with a diameter of 75mm, use the 75mm diameter back formers.
4. Select the suitable bending former for the pipe size and fit it on the bender drive. Push the advance lever onto the bender drive.
5. Open the locking xxxx about 1 turn and close the return valve by turning it in and screwing it hand tight.
6. Lift up the upper roller holder and insert the pipe between the rollers or back formers and the bending former. Close the upper roller holder.
7. Move the advance lever up and down several times until the pipe has reached the desired bending angle.
8. Open the return valve by about 1 turn, and the bending former will return to the starting position with the pipe bend. Lift up the upper roller holder and remove the bent pipe.
9. After bending is completed, close the return valve and the locking xxxx for transport.
