The photocell sensor on the PALLAS FRE-33995-BLK Outdoor Wall Lantern is designed to automatically turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn. When the ambient light drops below 10lux (dusk), the sensor will activate and switch on the light. It will then switch off the light when the ambient light reaches 15lux (dawn). Please note that it may take up to 5 minutes for the sensor to adjust to the changing light conditions. This feature ensures that the light operates efficiently and conserves energy by only illuminating when necessary.
