To pair the keyboard and mouse with the USB receiver, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power switch of both the keyboard and mouse is turned on.
2. Insert the 2.4G receiver into a USB port on your computer.
3. The keyboard and mouse are already paired when you receive the product, so you can use them directly.
If the keyboard or mouse does not respond after following the above steps, you can try pairing them manually:
1. Turn on the keyboard and press ESC+Q. The green light on the keyboard will flash quickly, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
2. Immediately plug the receiver into the computer and move the keyboard close to the receiver.
3. If the connection is successful, the green light on the keyboard will flash slowly three times and then turn off. If the connection is unsuccessful, the light will flash quickly for 10 seconds and then turn off. In this case, unplug the receiver and repeat the above steps to re-pair.
After successfully connecting the keyboard, unplug the receiver and proceed to pair the mouse:
1. Press and hold the middle button and right button of the mouse simultaneously. Do not release the buttons.
2. Turn on the power of the mouse and release the buttons after two seconds. The light on the mouse will flash quickly, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
3. Immediately plug the receiver into the computer and move the mouse close to the receiver.
4. If the connection is successful, the light on the mouse will flash slowly three times and then turn off. If the connection is unsuccessful, the light will flash quickly for 10 seconds and then turn off. In this case, unplug the receiver and repeat the above steps to re-pair.
Please note that the pairing sequence of the keyboard, mouse, and receiver does not affect the pairing code. If only the keyboard or mouse has no function, you can follow the steps to pair it separately.
