To install the KODAK BL3.6 3.68kWh 48V Lithium Battery, please follow the steps outlined in the manual:
1. Installation Preparation:
- Confirm that the ON/OFF switch on the front panel of the battery unit is in the "OFF" state.
- Prepare the necessary equipment and tools for installation.
2. Mechanical Installation:
- Determine the placement position for the battery cabinet.
- Pre-install the top cable harness.
- Install the battery modules.
3. Electrical Installation:
- Install the ground cable.
- Install the parallel cables for the battery modules.
- Install the total positive and negative cables for the battery modules.
- Connect the internal RS485 communication interface.
- Connect the RS485 communication cable between the batteries and the inverter.
4. Batteries System Self-Test:
- Press the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
- The BMS system will power on and activate.
- Check the system output voltage.
- Shut down the system.
5. Connecting the Inverter:
- Connect the total positive and total negative cables of the batteries to the inverter.
- Connect the external RS485 communication cable to the inverter.
