To install the Neomounts WL35-550BL16 TV Wall Mount, please follow the instructions below:
1. Start by determining the desired height and location on the wall for your TV. Ensure that the wall can support the weight of both the mount and the TV.
2. Use a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall. It is recommended to mount the TV to the studs for maximum stability. Mark the locations of the studs with a pencil.
3. Attach the wall plate of the mount to the wall using the provided screws. Make sure to align the holes in the wall plate with the marked stud locations. Use a level to ensure that the wall plate is straight.
4. Once the wall plate is securely attached, locate the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. These are the holes used to attach the TV to the mount. Measure the distance between the holes both horizontally and vertically.
5. Attach the mounting brackets to the back of your TV using the provided screws. Make sure to align the brackets with the VESA mounting holes. Tighten the screws securely.
6. Lift the TV with the attached brackets and carefully hook them onto the wall plate. Make sure the TV is securely attached to the mount.
7. Use the integrated spirit level on the mount to ensure that the TV is level. Adjust the tilt of the mount to achieve the desired viewing angle. The Neomounts WL35-550BL16 has a tilt range of 12°.
8. Once the TV is in the desired position, secure it by using the nifty magnetic pull & release system. Attach the pull & release straps to the TV and click the magnet to the mount. This will ensure the TV is held in a safe and solid manner.
