To adjust the fan speed on the Esatto ERC903S 90cm Canopy Rangehood, simply press the corresponding buttons on the control panel. The rangehood offers three fan speed options:
1. Low Fan Speed Button: This button is suitable for simmering and cooking without much steam. Press this button to activate the low fan speed.
2. Medium Fan Speed Button: This button sets the ideal fan speed for regular cooking. Press this button to activate the medium fan speed.
3. High Fan Speed Button: Use this button when there is heavy smoke or steam to achieve maximum exhaust efficiency. Press this button to activate the high fan speed.
