To connect your LG 32SQ780S 32 Inch 4K UHD Smart Monitor to your PC, you can use either the HDMI or USB-C connection. Here's how to do it:
1. HDMI Connection:
- Turn off both the monitor and your PC.
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the back of the monitor.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your PC.
- Make sure the HDMI input mode is selected on the monitor by pressing the Input button on the remote control or the monitor's control panel.
- Turn on the monitor and your PC. The monitor should now display the content from your PC.
2. USB-C Connection:
- Turn off both the monitor and your PC.
- Connect one end of the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the back of the monitor.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on your PC.
- Make sure the USB-C input mode is selected on the monitor by pressing the Input button on the remote control or the monitor's control panel.
- Turn on the monitor and your PC. The monitor should now display the content from your PC.
Note: Depending on your PC's settings, you may need to adjust the display resolution and other settings to optimize the image quality on the monitor. Refer to your PC's user manual or contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to do this.
