To update the firmware of the KURZWEIL SP7 Grand Stage Piano, follow these steps:
1. Check the current OS version of your SP7 Grand by going to the Global mode Info page.
2. Visit the official Kurzweil website at www.kurzweil.com to check for system updates.
3. Compare the latest version posted on the website with the current version on your SP7 Grand.
4. If there is a newer version available, download the firmware update file from the website.
5. Insert an SD card into the SD card slot on the rear panel of the SP7 Grand.
6. Copy the firmware update file onto the SD card.
7. Safely eject the SD card from your computer and insert it back into the SP7 Grand.
8. On the SP7 Grand, go to the Global mode Info page and select the firmware update option.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware using the SD card.
10. Once the update is complete, power cycle the SP7 Grand by turning it off and then on again.
