To clean the Starfrit Electric Rice Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool down completely before handling or cleaning it.
2. Remove the Cooking Pot, Removable Lid Liner, and Condensation Collector.
3. Wash these parts in hot soapy water along with the Serving Spoon, Steamer Basket, and Rice Measuring Cup. Rinse and dry thoroughly. It is not recommended to use a dishwasher for cleaning.
4. Wipe the Rice Cooker body with a damp cloth.
5. Stack all the parts back into the Rice Cooker for optimal space-saving.
6. Store the product in a cool, dry place.
Note: Do not immerse the body, electrical cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive pads or cleaners that may scratch the cookware or accessories.
