Sure! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up your Taking Care Anywhere Personal Alarm:
1. Choose a suitable location for your GO alarm charging base, which can be found in Sections 2 & 3 of the box. Plug the charging base into a mains power outlet.
2. Take out your in-home alarm unit and backup pendant (Pearl), which can be found in Section 1 of the box.
3. Decide where you want to place your in-home alarm unit and plug it into a mains power outlet. Turn on the power.
4. Voice messages will guide you through the installation process step by step. Follow the instructions provided to complete the set-up steps.
5. Once you have completed the set-up steps, place a test call using your in-home alarm unit and backup pendant (Pearl).
6. An operator will answer the call and speak to you through your in-home alarm unit. They will then end the call and call you back on your telephone to check the outgoing connection.
7. The operator will assist you in checking the battery level, network strength, and location of your GO alarm pendant. They will then hang up.
8. After 15 minutes, place a test call from your GO alarm pendant to ensure it is functioning properly.
