To install the TRANE FIACURB404 Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioner, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that only qualified personnel install and service the equipment. Improper installation can be hazardous and result in serious injury or death.
2. Read the instruction manual thoroughly before operating or servicing the unit.
3. Follow all safety warnings, cautions, and notices provided in the manual. These precautions are essential for your personal safety and the proper operation of the machine.
4. Be aware of important environmental concerns related to refrigerants. Trane advocates responsible handling of refrigerants to protect the environment.
5. Make sure to follow proper field wiring and grounding requirements as described in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and your local/state/national electrical codes. Improper wiring and grounding can pose fire and electrocution hazards.
