To connect the Dixon CS-7200G Wireless Multimedia Keyboard & Mouse to your computer, please follow these steps:
1. Fetch the wireless keyboard and mouse. Take out the USB receiver from the mouse battery compartment.
2. Insert one 1.5V AAA battery into the keyboard, making sure to observe the positive and negative signs. Then, turn on the power switch.
3. Insert two 1.5V AAA batteries into the mouse, again observing the positive and negative signs. Turn on the power switch.
4. Plug the receiver into the USB port of your computer.
5. The computer will automatically install the necessary drivers, and the keyboard and mouse will start to function.
Note: If the connection fails, you can try the following solutions:
For the keyboard:
- Take out the battery from the keyboard and remove the receiver from the computer.
- Reinstall the battery into the keyboard and plug the receiver back into the USB port.
- Turn on the power switch of the keyboard, ensuring it is within 20cm of the receiver. Press and hold the "ESC" and "K" keys together to pair again.
For the mouse:
- Take out the battery from the mouse and remove the receiver from the computer.
- Reinstall the battery into the mouse and plug the receiver back into the USB port.
- Turn on the power switch of the mouse, ensuring it is within 20cm of the receiver. Press and hold the Right button and Scroll button together to pair again.
