To install the MEAN WELL MDR-60 Series 60W Single Output Industrial DIN Rail Power Supply on a DIN rail, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power supply is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
2. Locate the DIN rail mounting bracket on the power supply. It is usually located on the sides of the power supply.
3. Align the DIN rail mounting bracket with the DIN rail by sliding it onto the rail from the bottom.
4. Push the power supply upwards until it locks into place on the DIN rail.
5. Verify that the power supply is securely mounted on the DIN rail by gently pulling on it.
6. Connect the input and output wires to the appropriate terminals on the power supply, following the wiring diagram provided in the manual.
7. Once all connections are made, double-check that they are secure and properly insulated.
8. Turn on the power supply and verify that the LED indicator for power on is illuminated.
