The Surenoo SLG320240B Graphic LCD Module Display Panel comes with a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, Surenoo will replace or repair any functionally defective modules in accordance with their acceptance standards. Cosmetic/visual defects must be reported within 90 days of shipment. Please note that the warranty does not cover image sticking, which is a normal phenomenon inherent to Graphic Display technology. To avoid image sticking, it is recommended to follow the operating recommendations provided in the manual.
