To install the chisel on the Bauer 1632E-B Hex Lower Wall Breaker Hammer Kit, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the shank of the chisel is clean and free from dirt or dust. Use a cloth to wipe it clean if necessary.
2. Lubricate the shank of the chisel using the included chisel grease. This will help with smooth installation and prevent rusting.
3. Move the chisel lock to the unlocked position. This will allow you to insert the chisel into the chuck.
4. Insert the chisel into the chuck as far as it will go. Make sure the notch on the chisel is facing up.
5. Move the chisel lock to the locked position. The lock may not lie flat against the chuck, but it should secure the chisel in place.
6. Give the chisel a gentle pull to ensure it is securely locked in place. It should have some play, but should not come out when pulled.
