To assemble the cabinet doors on the LUXOR DTWS003 Shop Desk with Cabinet, please follow the steps below:
1. Attach the lower and upper door stops to the cart assembly using 4 Philips head screws (M5x10) and nuts (M5). Use 2 sets per door stop. This will secure the stops in place.
2. Angle the cabinet panels and insert the tabs into the slots on the lower shelf. Make sure the tabs are fully inserted into the slots.
3. Tilt the panels to a vertical position and secure them in place using the locking pins. This will hold the panels in position and prevent them from moving.
4. Align the lower hinge pins with the holes in the shelf. These hinge pins will serve as the pivot point for the cabinet doors.
5. Use the upper hinge pins to secure each door in place. Insert the upper hinge pins into the pre-drilled holes on the cabinet panels and make sure they are securely in place.
