To install the U-PROX UPROX-017 Wireless Pet Immune Motion Detector, follow these steps:
1. Determine the optimal installation location by conducting a range test. This test ensures that the RF link works properly. Keep in mind that due to Grade 2 requirements, the RF link operates with a reduction of power in 8 dB.
2. Once you have determined the optimal location, mount the device using either the wall bracket or the angle bracket provided in the complete set.
3. Connect the device to the control panel using the U-Prox Installer mobile application. This application allows you to configure the device.
4. Ensure that the device is placed indoors only. It is designed for the security of indoor residential or industrial premises.
