To adjust the hanging height of the Hunter 19275 4 Light Pendant, you can use the included 12-inch rods (I) and 6-inch rod (J). Determine the desired hanging height and select the appropriate number of rods. To lengthen the fixture, add additional rods. To shorten the fixture, trim the wires to the desired length, leaving at least 8 to 10 inches of wire in addition to the desired length. Slide any excess rods off the fixture's wiring to discard. Thread the wires through the rods and pull them until taut before connecting the rods together. All threads should be engaged, but do not over tighten. xxxx the rod onto the threaded post (K) on the fixture.
Note: If you want to use a 12-inch rod by itself, you must first remove the threaded post from the 6-inch rod and install it on one end of the 12-inch rod.
