To clean the Kylin AU-K1012 Electric Multi-Function Ceramic Pot Rice Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
2. Wipe the ceramic inner pot with a clean, soft cloth or towel. Avoid using chemicals, hard brushes, or stainless steel wire balls.
3. Remove the movable inner cover and steam hood assembly and clean them separately.
4. Do not immerse the power cord or the main body of the rice cooker in water or flush them. Only wipe the outer shell with a well-wrung cloth.
5. If there is any dirt or residue on the bottom of the ceramic inner pot, clean it with a wet towel.
6. After each use, clean the rice cooker promptly to prevent dirt from adhering to the surface and becoming difficult to remove.
7. If the product is not going to be used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
