To assemble the KENDALL HOWARD 300 Series LAN Station, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the instruction manual. Here is a summary of the assembly process:

Step 1: Remove all components from the crate and place the worksurface on a sturdy working area with the  xxxx  holes facing up. Install two cross bars using the provided 1/4-20 screws.

Step 2: Install the left leg by inserting bolts through the legs into the cross bars. Rotate the table onto its surface.

Step 3: Attach two cross bars to the lower shelf using 1/4-20 screws.

Step 4: Attach the lower shelf assembly to the bottom of the workbench using the 1 1/2" bolts.

Step 5: Install the four leg levelers to the bottom of the workbench. If you have purchased optional castors, install them instead of the leg levelers. Rotate the workbench onto the levelers.

Step 6: Align the back panel with the pre-drilled mounting holes on the rear LAN station legs and loosely install the 2 1/2" bolts through the back panel.

Step 7: Install the 3/4" round end caps in the designated locations.

Step 8: Install the 1 1/2" x 2" rectangle end caps in the designated locations.
