To connect microphones to the eSAM702 analogue mixer, you will need to use the Euroblock connectors provided for the first 6 input channels. The mixer supports low impedance (200 to 600) and monophonic microphones.
Here is the wiring diagram for microphones:
- Connect the microphone's positive terminal to the "+" terminal on the Euroblock connector.
- Connect the microphone's negative terminal to the "-" terminal on the Euroblock connector.
Please note that the eSAM702 mixer supplies phantom power for condenser microphones. By default, phantom power is disabled. If you are using condenser microphones, you will need to enable the phantom power by adjusting the internal jumper as indicated in the manual.
It is important to ensure that the microphone sensitivity is properly adjusted using the GAIN control on the rear panel of the mixer. This will allow you to set the appropriate level for each microphone input.
