To clean the Zelmer ZKR1300W Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Body Cleaning:
- Do not immerse the machine in water or shower it directly with water to prevent electrical damage.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe the machine's body. Do not use a dripping wet towel.
- Avoid using corrosive or strongly acidic/alkaline cleaning products on the machine's surface.
- Do not use sharp or rough tools to clean the accessories.
2. Accessory Cleaning:
- Do not put the cast aluminum parts in the dishwasher or clean them with corrosive cleaning products.
- Do not soak the accessories in detergent, saltwater, vinegar, or other corrosive liquids.
- After cleaning, dry the accessories thoroughly to prevent moisture buildup.
3. Special Cleaning:
- The rotating output shaft may accumulate black traces due to high speed and friction. Clean it promptly after each use and keep it dry.
4. Preservation and Maintenance:
- Apply olive oil on the blade's surface, knife plate, and mixing pot to prevent oxidation in a dry and wet environment.
- When not in use, cover the machine with a packaging bag and store it in a dry environment.
