To adjust the headband on the OMNITRONIC SHP-950M Deluxe Monitoring Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with one hand and locate the headband adjustment mechanism on the top of the headphones.
2. Gently pull or push the headband adjustment mechanism to adjust the size of the headband.
