To start the massage function on the AmaMedic AM-2108 Neck Massage Pillow, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The massager will start and enter the working state. The default state after starting is kneading + heating function. If you want to control the heating function, press the corresponding button.
To adjust the kneading strength, press the adjustment button while the massager is in the working condition. There are three levels of kneading strength to choose from.
To turn off the massager, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
